Qualifications

• Solid background in cold chain logistics and F&B supply chains.
• Minimum 8 years in logistics and supply chain operations with leadership.
• Experience leading in warehousing and distribution environments.
• Open-minded and adaptable to a fast-paced business.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations for service excellence.
• Act as operational contact for clients, aligning with their requirements.
• Oversee cold chain handling, storage, transport, and food safety compliance.
• Develop and coach a team of staff and subcontractors to high performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Compliance and cross-functional teams.
• Drive continuous improvement, restructurings and process optimisation.
