Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee daily operations in logistics, warehousing, and supply chain functions. This strategic role also involves driving inventory planning and trade compliance across Europe, Hong Kong, and China.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have over 10 years of experience in operations, preferably in the wine or FMCG sectors. An attractive package is available for the successful candidate.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain or logistics management.
• Experience in wine, spirits, beverage or FMCG preferred.
• Proven experience leading system implementation projects.

Job Description

• Lead daily operations across logistics, warehousing, inventory and supply chain functions.
• Improve collaboration between Sales, Logistics and other business functions.
• Drive inventory planning, stock allocation and demand forecasting.
• Oversee import/export operations and trade compliance in Europe, Hong Kong and China.
• Lead ERP and operational system enhancement projects.
• Develop operational KPIs and improve processes, efficiency and service levels.
• Manage and develop operational and logistics teams across the region.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain or logistics management.
• Experience in wine, spirits, beverage or FMCG preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, logistics and international trade compliance and operations.
• Proven experience leading system implementation projects.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin required
