Job Description

• Responsible for strategic logistics operations planning
• Formulate or review operation procedures for warehouse and local logistics management;
• Review on the implementation of operational initiatives in maximizing customer satisfaction, enhancing service quality and productivity
• Manage and handledaily operations, delivery arrangements and supports customer service toensure service quality;
• Enhance the efficiency, cost control and resource optimization;
• Liaise with internal parties and business partners;
• Prepare regular reports;
• Perform other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• 8 years working experience in local logistics management, with at least 5 years in managerial role, preferably in local logistics industry;
• Good understanding, knowledge and experience in local logistics and warehousing processes;
• Having driving license is preferable
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Mature and able to work independently and under pressure
