Job summary

Starbridge Investment Management in Hong Kong is launching its first fund and seeks an operations professional to support fund operations, finance and compliance records, and general office administration. You will coordinate with service providers, track items to completion, report to the Director, and help manage vendor reviews, HR/payroll, and regulatory calendars as the firm grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or business.
• Strong Excel skills and accuracy with numbers.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and AI-assisted tools.
• Strong written and spoken English, with fluent Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Fund and investor operations: follow up reconciliations, maintain trade allocation and investor onboarding records, distribute investor reports and support due diligence questionnaires.
• Finance: file invoices, statements and bills; process payments and expense claims; prepare monthly packs for the accountant; handle audit queries.
• Vendors: compare quotations and track contract renewals; support reviews of service providers.
• HR and payroll: check outsourced payroll and HR records; administer onboarding, leave and HR files.
• Compliance and corporate records: maintain compliance registers, CPT and license records; arrange board meetings and liaise with the company secretary.
• Office: handle supplies, couriers, forms, travel; keep procedures current and use AI-assisted tools to automate tasks.
