Job summary

GratiCore in Hong Kong invites a senior operations professional to support day-to-day management across investment, finance, legal, compliance, and external service providers, partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives.

You will coordinate and monitor initiatives, ensure accountability, enhance workflows, and support fund launches, investor onboarding, and capital activity processes, while maintaining robust policies and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in investment operations, fund operations, middle office, business management, COO office, fund administration, or banking operations.
• Experience supporting investment, asset management, hedge fund, private equity, family office, or banking environments.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Sound judgment with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound commercial judgment coupled with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operational management of the firm across investment, finance, legal, compliance, and external service providers.
• Coordinate and monitor key business initiatives, strategic projects, and operational priorities to ensure successful execution.
• Drive follow-through and accountability across stakeholders, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, strengthen controls, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Support fund launches, investor onboarding, capital activity processes, and ongoing fund operations.
• Manage relationships with fund administrators, custodians, auditors, legal counsel, banking partners, and other external vendors.
• Assist with management reporting, budgeting, business planning, and periodic performance reviews.
• Coordinate board meetings, investment committee materials, and internal management presentations.
• Maintain and enhance operational policies, procedures, and documentation to support business scalability and regulatory requirements.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the business while supporting the delivery of key strategic, operational, and fund-related initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help drive execution, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain visibility across critical business priorities.

Requirements

Over 3 years of experience within investment operations, fund operations, middle office, business management, COO office, fund administration, or banking operations.

Experience supporting investment, asset management, hedge fund, private equity, family office, or banking environments.

Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.
