Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Associate to support daily asset management operations, including subscription, redemption, trade settlement, NAV calculation and fee payments. You will work with fund administrators, custodians and vendors to ensure end-to-end processing, assist with KYC/AML/CFT, and contribute to system enhancements and audits.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least four years in asset management are required; fluency in

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
Minimum 4 years in asset management; senior level if more.
Strong knowledge of equity and fixed income instruments.
Familiarity with SFC Type 9 licenses in Hong Kong.
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; strong communication.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations: subscriptions, redemptions, dividend distribution, trade settlement, fee payments, reconciliation, and NAV calculation.
Collaborate with fund administrators, custodians and vendors for end-to-end operations.
Provide guidance to resolve operational issues and streamline workflows.
Assist with KYC, AML, and CFT and ongoing compliance monitoring.
Support new fund launches, onboarding, and process improvements.
Assist with annual fund audits and regulatory filings.
Participate in system enhancements and ad-hoc projects.
