Job summary

悖論管理有限公司 in Hong Kong is seeking a Fund Operations Analyst/Associate to support the COO/Responsible Officer in managing day-to-day operations of a Cayman master-feeder fund (US$100–200M AUM). You will participate in the full investment lifecycle with significant growth opportunities.

Key duties include trade matching, reconciliations, NAV production, and regulatory checks. You will develop in-house automation using Python/SQL/VBA and AI tools, with fluency in English and Cantonese or Mandarin

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fund operations, middle office, or fund administration.
• Hands-on experience with daily reconciliation, trade confirmation, and settlement.
• Exposure to a portfolio management system; Enfusion preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or VBA with an automation mindset.
• Fluent English; Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Immediate availability is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of the funds: trade matching, allocation, and settlement, and resolve exceptions in a timely manner.
• Perform daily cash and position reconciliations against prime and executing brokers, resolving breaks across global equities, CFDs, futures, options, and FX etc.
• Keep the books clean across custodian and prime broker reconciliations, portfolio management systems, corporate actions, and cash, margin, and collateral movements.
• Cover the two daily operating windows (US close in the morning and Asian close in the late afternoon).
• Own the NAV process, producing periodic estimates and reviewing valuations, P&L, and accounting entries against the administrator for accuracy.
• Monitor portfolio-related regulatory checking and reporting, including pre-trade and post-trade compliance and short-position disclosure obligations, while supporting operational controls for risk, finance, and the annual audit.
• Maintain in-house automation programs using Python, SQL, and/or VBA, leveraging AI tools to efficiently write, iterate, and streamline workflows.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by senior management.
