Responsibilities

• Set up, replenish, and breakdown food and refreshment service stations.
• Liaise with catering teams and vendors for menus, dietary needs, and quantities.
• Monitor presentation, cleanliness, and service flow during meals.
• Serve as on-site liaison between vendor teams and client stakeholders.
• Address employee queries in-person and via ticketing tools.
• Escalate issues to Vendor Account Manager and Client FTE Manager promptly.
• Participate in daily/weekly check-ins with operations leads and address feedback.
• Provide solutions to enhance engagement and meal variation.
