Job summary

JLL is seeking a pantry attendant at our on-site Hong Kong location to support daily beverage and catering services for client premises. The role emphasizes maintaining clean pantries, stocking coffee supplies, and assisting with event setup as needed.

Requirements include 3–5 years of relevant experience, neat and proactive service, and basic English communication. The position offers on-site work and opportunities to contribute to client operations at JLL.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience as pantry attendant or customer service would be an advantage.
• Neat, tidy, organized, proactive and customer/service focus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mugs inventory and report accordingly.
• Assist with daily milk distribution and ensure sufficient supply in each coffee point.
• Stocktaking of general supply including coffee capsule and first aid box.
• Clean pantry utensils and maintain pantries in a neat and orderly manner.
• Provide tea service for guests if necessary.
• Coordinate on catering services and set up the venue for in-house functions/events if necessary.
• Support team administrators to purchase coffee/lunch from restaurants/coffee shops.
• Dishwashing and general cleaning in the Client Area.
• Coffee mugs washing.
• Team shift support for irregular working hour.
• Team self-relieve
