Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive facilities management experience.

• Budget development, financial management and cost control.
• Contract management and vendor oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise facilities staff and provide professional development.
• Develop preventive maintenance programs and facility improvement projects.
