Job summary

Urban Property Management Limited is seeking a Concierge Officer to provide one-stop services at Customer Services Counters for a prime commercial complex in Hong Kong. You will liaise with multiple departments to handle enquiries and complaints, and offer additional services as required.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently on shift basis.

Qualifications

Form 5/HKDSE with at least 1 year experience in customer services, hospitality, luxury retail or airlines preferred
Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, creative and able to work independently
Attentive to detail and a good team player
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is an advantage
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Concierge Officer

Responsibilities

Provide one-stop services at Customer Services Counters for prime commercial complex
Liaise with several departments to handle customer enquiries, complaints and provide other services as required
Monitor the reception counters and provide clerical support to the daily operations
