Job summary

International Finance Centre Management Co., Ltd. is seeking a Concierge Officer to assist with daily operations at the guest services counters within our premium complex in Hong Kong.

You will deliver premier service, handle guest requests, and support marketing activities as needed. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Hotel or Property Management, 2 years of relevant experience, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hotel/Property Management or related discipline.
• 2 years relevant experience in Customer Service / Front Office in Hotel/Property Management.
• Proficient in English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Willing to work on shift.
• Fresh graduates may be considered; candidates with less experience may be considered as Customer Service Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Involve in execution of daily operations of the Concierge counters to deliver premier services to guests.
• Handle complaints, requests, enquiries and value-added services effectively and provide support to marketing activities.
• Handle light refreshment and utensils in member lounge.
