Job summary

JLL is seeking a facilities/ Workplace Experience professional to be located on-site at the client’s offices in Hong Kong. You will act as the single point of contact for the client floor, ensuring service deliverables meet SLA and KPI while coordinating with all related parties for timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Hospitality / Flight Attendant / Events Management / Serviced Office / Facilities Management.
• Must be customer focused and proactive in establishing customer relationships.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to communicate with all levels of people; fluent in Cantonese and English.

Responsibilities

• Be the single point of contact for the client floor.
• Ensure service deliverables meet SLA and KPI.
• Coordinate with related parties for timely delivery of services.
• Raise risks to Workplace Experience Lead when needed.
• Conduct floor inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Build direct relationships with client business units and understand their requests.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare data analysis reports when necessary.
