Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Hong Kong is seeking a facilities/housekeeping-style professional to serve as the on-site single point of contact for client floors. The role requires ownership of service requests, proactive relationship management, and accountability for delivering against agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in hospitality, events management, serviced offices, or facilities management, with Cantonese and English fluency.

• 3-5 years’ experience in Hospitality / Flight Attendant / Events Management / Serviced Office / Facilities Management.
• Must be customer focused and proactive in establishing customer relationships.
• Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team.
• Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives, creating opportunities for efficiencies and process amendments.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Fluency in Cantonese; writing and speaking English.

What this job involves:

• Located on site in the client’s offices

Required Skills and Experiences
