Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Hong Kong, SAR, China, seeks an on-site Workplace/Facilities lead to act as the single point of contact for the client floor. You will own service requests, ensure SLA/KPI delivery, and collaborate with related parties for timely service completion.

The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality/events/serviced office or facilities management, strong customer focus, and fluency in Cantonese and English. Located on-site at the client’s offices in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in hospitality, events management, serviced office, or facilities management.
• Customer-focused with proactive relationship building.
• Ability to work well in a team and drive improvements.
• Fluency in Cantonese and written/spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Located on site in the client’s offices.
• Act as single point of contact for client floor.
• Responsible and accountable for all service requests.
• Ensure service deliverables are met with SLA and KPI.
• Work with all related parties on timely delivery of all services.
• Be responsible for all clients within designated area.
• Raise risks to Workplace Experience Lead for further investigation.
• Undertake continuous floor inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance is correct.
• Establish direct relationship with the client business units and their neighbourhood community, understand issues, and satisfy requests.
• Continuous Improvement implementation.
• Conduct data analysis reports when necessary.

What this job involves:

• Located on site in the client’s offices
• Act as single point of contact for client floor

Required Skills and Experiences:

• 3-5 years’ experience - Hospitality / Flight Attendant / Events Management / Serviced Office / Facilities Management field
• Must be customer focused and be proactive in establishing customer relationships
• Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team
• Proven ability to initiate and follow with improvement initiatives, create opportunities for efficiencies and process amendments
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of people, fluency in Cantonese, writing and speaking English
