Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in Hong Kong is seeking a facilities/housekeeping-style professional to serve as the on-site single point of contact for client floors. The role requires ownership of service requests, proactive relationship management, and accountability for delivering against agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in hospitality, events management, serviced offices, or facilities management, with Cantonese and English fluency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Hospitality / Flight Attendant / Events Management / Serviced Office / Facilities Management.
• Must be customer focused and proactive in establishing customer relationships.
• Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team.
• Proven ability to initiate and follow through with improvement initiatives, creating opportunities for efficiencies and process amendments.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Fluency in Cantonese; writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Located on site in the client’s offices.
• Act as single point of contact for client floor.
• Responsible and accountable for all service requests.
• Ensure service deliverables meet SLA and KPI.
• Work with all related parties on timely delivery of all services.
• Be responsible for all clients within the designated area.
• Raise risks to Workplace Experience Lead for further investigation when necessary.
• Undertake continuous floor inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Establish direct relationship with the client business units and neighborhood community; understand issues and satisfy requests.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct data analysis reports when necessary.
