Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in system support and integration.
• Experience in application support and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with TAS, POS, and payment gateway systems
• Basic knowledge of operating systems and networking technologies.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Availability for on-call support during weekends and public holidays.
