Engineer - Network Server

Job summary

HKBN is seeking an experienced system and server support specialist to monitor and maintain our server, network, and system infrastructures in a fast-paced environment. You will handle daily fault cases, incident support, and troubleshooting while applying Linux OS patches and software upgrades.

The role requires a diploma or above, at least four years in system or server support, knowledge of DNS, DHCP, SAN and SMTP/IMAP/POP3, plus Linux server and firewall administration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of working experience in system or server support.
• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of Internet services and applications.
• Hands-on experience with DNS, DHCP, SAN, SMTP/POP3/IMAP.
• Proficiency in Linux server administration and firewall management.
• Experience with virtualization, storage and backups.
• Experience with scripting or programming languages is preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Linux server and firewall administrations
• Experiences on scripting or programming languages is preferred
