Monitor Tier 1 engineering activities to ensure all incidents, problems, and changes are resolved within the designated timeframe.
Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Deliver high-level technical support by performing in-depth troubleshooting and resolving Tier 2 network escalations.
Maintain and update technical documentation to ensure operational procedures and network diagrams remain accurate.
Stay current with the latest advancements in network infrastructure and emerging technologies to optimize service delivery.
Manage incident lifecycles by conducting root‑cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
Job Requirements
Possess at least five years of experience in the networking domain, with a strong preference for candidates from a Network Operation Center background.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless controllers.
