Job summary

Carlyle & Co. in Hong Kong seeks a Cluster Paymaster to oversee end-to-end payroll across a multi-unit private club portfolio.

You will ensure accuracy, statutory compliance, payroll accounting support and timely reporting while upholding confidentiality and governance standards. You will collaborate with Finance, Talent & Culture, payroll providers and external stakeholders to drive improvements, reconciliation, and smooth payroll operations across the cluster.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll across multiple units, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Validate payroll data including hires, changes, benefits, deductions and terminations.
• Prepare statutory submissions under Employment Ordinance, MPF and other requirements.
• Perform reconciliations, payroll journals and month-/year-end close support.
• Produce payroll reports, headcount analyses and cost summaries for budgeting.
• Liaise with Finance, Talent & Culture, and external providers to resolve inquiries and drive improvements.
