Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing across multiple business units, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Maintain and validate payroll data, including new hires, salary changes, benefits, attendance records, service charge distribution, allowances, deductions and employee separations.
• Prepare payroll-related statutory submissions and ensure compliance with Employment Ordinance, MPF, Inland Revenue and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, prepare payroll journals, accruals and supporting schedules, and support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Prepare payroll reports, headcount analysis and manpower cost summaries, while supporting budgeting, forecasting and management reporting requirements.
• Liaise with Talent & Culture, Finance, payroll service providers and external stakeholders to resolve payroll enquiries, support audits, maintain payroll controls and drive continuous process improvements.

We are seeking a Cluster Paymaster to oversee payroll operations across multiple business units within our luxury club portfolio in Hong Kong. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll accounting support, reconciliations, reporting and payroll governance, ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, control and compliance.

About the Role

This role is ideal for an experienced payroll professional who is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing payroll processes within a multi-unit operating environment. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, Talent & Culture, payroll service providers and external stakeholders to ensure payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance and seamless payroll operations across the Cluster.
