Diptyque Paris is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager on a one-year contract with strong potential for conversion to a permanent role. The role is the operational backbone between Head Office and nine Diptyque stores across Hong Kong and Macao, owning daily retail operations, store administration, compliance and performance reporting.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in retail operations or store/key-account operations.
• Experience supporting a multi-store network with Head Office exposure.
• Strong operational ownership with ability to handle high store volume.
• Proficient in Excel; Tableau experience is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and capable of SOP documentation and improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the key contact between store teams and Head Office, ensuring SOPs & service standards.
• Partner with Store Managers to resolve operational issues and maintain customer experience.
• Coordinate openings, renovations, pop-ups, and outposts with admin prep and inventory setup.
• Lead process-improvement and SOP-optimization projects with Senior Retail Manager.
• Oversee store compliance, security equipment, and facilities with IT and vendors.
• Prepare weekly sales reporting, KPI analysis, and monthly traffic/sales reports.
