Job summary

Diptyque is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for its Hong Kong and Macao stores. This one-year contract offers a strong prospect of conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

You will serve as the operational backbone between Head Office and nine stores, owning day-to-day retail operations, store administration, compliance and performance reporting. You will coordinate store openings, inventory replenishment, admin tasks, audits and KPI reporting,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail operations or store operations.
• Beauty or luxury background strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail operations and act as the backbone between head office and stores across Hong Kong and Macao.
• Ensure SOPs, service standards and store rules are consistently applied.
• Coordinate store openings, renovations, events and stock transfers.
• Support daily administration, compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics and IT on systems and stock controls.
