Delvaux in Hong Kong is looking for a Store Assistant to support the Store Manager in daily operations, staffing, rotas, and handling customer issues. You will assist in ensuring excellent customer service and smooth demonstrations to maximize sales and customer value.

You will guide a team of demo specialists, uphold company messaging, manage schedules, and address customer queries. You will contribute to performance reviews and training to elevate store performance in a fast-paced retail

Formación

• Experience in handling various situations and advising others.
• Managerial experience in supervising and directing people and resources.
• Experience in achieving results within limited timeframes.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage staffing issues, plan shifts/rotas, and address customer complaints to improve satisfaction.
