Job summary

aim Higher Consultancy Limited seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead all boutique operations for a flagship launch in Hong Kong. You will drive world-class retail execution, oversee inventory and systems, and collaborate with regional and corporate teams to deliver an exceptional luxury customer journey.

The role demands 5+ years in premium retail operations, proven openings experience, and strong English and Chinese language skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail operations management experience within luxury fashion, watches & jewellery, beauty, or premium retail environments.
• Proven experience supporting boutique openings, flagship stores, or high-volume retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, retail systems, compliance, and operational controls.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and perform effectively in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all boutique operations, policies, and procedures to ensure seamless daily store performance.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, logistics, and cycle counts while maintaining high accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, audit requirements, security procedures, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Partner closely with boutique management to optimize operational efficiency and support commercial objectives.
• Manage store opening preparations, operational setup, systems implementation, and process execution for the new flagship launch.
• Supervise cash handling, POS operations, back-office administration, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with regional and corporate stakeholders on supply chain, facilities management, visual merchandising, and after-sales operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational productivity and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
