Job summary

Klook is seeking anAccount Management/Client Servicing professional in Hong Kong to help manage merchant relationships and onboard new products. You will work across teams to configure backend systems and ensure smooth operations, with a focus on delivering great traveler experiences.

The role requires strong attention to detail, a hardworking and collaborative mindset, and the ability to communicate across offices and cultures. Fresh graduates welcome in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management/ client servicing in a B2B environment is a strong plus (Fresh graduate welcomed).
• Meticulous attention to details.
• A hardworking, creative, self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.

Responsibilities

• Merchant Management: Assist in taking ownership of merchant management across various verticals at Klook.
• Product Onboarding & Configuration: Assist in onboarding new products and configuring backend systems to ensure smooth operations and user experience.
• Content Operations: Support in writing, formatting, and managing operational content across platforms (no creative writing required).
• Tool & System Usage: Operate various internal and external tools to carry out daily operations – we value fast learners!
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, supplier operations, customer service to maximize sales and satisfaction.
