Job summary

Swire Resources Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced marketing professional to steer consumer promotions for our retail brands within the contemporary lifestyle division. With 2–4 years in CRM and digital marketing, you will drive brand building and GTM activations across channels.

You will collaborate with brand heads on e-commerce and offline marketing, manage content calendars for online/offline sales, and monitor promotion plans to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years marketing experience.
• CRM and digital marketing experience preferred.
• Fashion and FMCG retail marketing background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement holistic marketing programs for brands to build and position the business.
• Negotiate with brand principals to develop GTM calendars and activations.
• Collaborate on e-commerce and OTO marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Develop digital and social media content calendars for online and offline sales.
• Monitor promotions to ensure timely planning and execution.

The incumbent will be responsible for managing and driving of consumer promotions for retail business of the brands under contemporary lifestyle division in accordance with company objectives and marketing plan.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement holistic marketing programs for our brands to achieve desirable brand building, positioning strategies & business objectives.
• Negotiate and cooperate with business partners/brand principals to develop Go-to-market calendar & activations for designated distribution channels.
• Work with respective brand heads on the e-commerce and OTO marketing strategies and executions in line with business goals.
• Work on digital & social media strategies and develop content calendar to support both on-line & off-line sales.
• Monitor the marketing and promotion planning process to ensure promotions are planned and executed on schedule.

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing / Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-4 years' marketing experiences
• Candidates coming from fashion and FMCG with retail marketing background is preferred
• Solid experience in CRM and digital marketing will be highly preferred
• Proactive with strong communication skills and business acumen
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
