Paul Lafayet Patisserie Francaise is seeking a Marketing Executive in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. You will hit the ground running, managing social media, promotions, content creation, copywriting, and influencer gifting while contributing to growth strategy and brand focus.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above, 5 years in marketing, and fluency in English and Chinese. You will operate in a fast-paced team with independent initiative and strong project timelines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant marketing experience, branding preferred.
• Passionate about food & beverage.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
• Fluent in English & Chinese with strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive problem solving and strong project timeline management.

Marketing Executive who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be detail-oriented. He/she will initiate and execute marketing activations via different channels based on the given objective and focuses of the Brand. Day to day duties include but are not limited to social media management, promotion communications, content creation and copy writing, support on influencer gifting, suggest improvements and/or growth strategy.

• Handle ad-hoc reports and assigned projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
• 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding preferred
• Passionate about food & beverage
• Ability to work independently, as well as being a good team player
• Fluent in English & Chinese, excellent in verbal and written communication, presentation skills
• Is proactive about problem solving and strong in project timeline management.
