Job summary

Carlsberg Brewery H K Ltd is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive/Marketing Executive to drive marketing plans across social, digital, VIP communications and retail channels for new product launches. You will identify promotions and collaborations to fuel growth and work with the retail team on trade marketing calendars and events.

You will prepare launch analyses, develop insights from consumers and competitors, and manage marketing materials, inventory, and coordination with agencies and field

Qualifications

• University graduate in Marketing or business related disciplines.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in retail or cosmetics.
• Strong business sense, attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, creative with strong communication.
• Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Canva familiarity welcomed.

Job description

Senior Marketing Executive/ Marketing Executive

Implement marketing plan through social, digital, VIP communications and retail marketing for new product launches to achieve set business goal and sales target

Identify new ideas and channels on promotions / third-party collaborations to drive business growth

Take initiative to liaise with retail team to develop and execute trade marketing calendar, tactical commercial and gifting offerings, retail events and consumer events

Prepare launch analysis and generate learnings & insights from consumers, competitors and market

Adapt and develop communications materials (e.g. marketing collaterals, point of sales materials)

Manage and monitor products, samples, GWP and collaterals inventory

Work independently with counterparts, external agencies, production house and field team to ensure accuracy and executional excellence in timely manner

Define trade promotion calendar of assigned Ecom platforms with full responsibility on executions and monitoring

Marketing administration support (e.g. reporting, logistics, promotions tracking etc)

Requirements:

University graduate in Marketing or business related disciplines

At least 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, retail / cosmetics industry preferred

Strong business sense, logical mind-set and willing to take up challenges

Pleasant, pro-active and passion in beauty & cosmetics

Strong co-ordination and analytical skills; creative and attention to details

Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Knowledge of use of AI graphic tools such as Canva is highly welcomed
