Innocorn AI is seeking a junior Marketing Coordinator to support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and print. You will coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain the master calendar for all team deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Maintain the master marketing calendar to ensure all deadlines are met across the team.
Campaign & Project Coordination
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, events, and print).
  • Coordinate with external vendors, printers, and creative agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Maintain the master marketing calendar to ensure all deadlines are met across the team.
Digital & Social Media Management
  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok) using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
  • Monitor social media comments, messages, and engagement, escalating customer queries to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist in basic graphic design and video editing for social assets (using Canva or Adobe Spark).
Content & Copywriting
  • Draft compelling copy for email newsletters, blog posts, website landing pages, and promotional materials.
  • Proofread and edit marketing collateral to ensure brand voice and grammatical consistency.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Manage inventory of marketing swag, promotional items, and printed materials.
  • Process purchase orders, track marketing budgets, and reconcile invoices with the finance team.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
Data & Analytics
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports for social media, website traffic (Google Analytics), and email open rates.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Education
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Experience
  • 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or administrative role. Internships count as relevant experience.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and basic design tools (Canva is a must; Adobe Suite is a bonus).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google Analytics is highly advantageous.
