Role tasks and responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution

Independently plan, manage, and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels including email, social media, events, search, and the website, ensuring they are aligned with business growth objectives.

Strong attention to detail and flawless execution are a must.

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership

Create and manage high-quality marketing content including thought leadership articles, case studies, white papers, sales collateral, and social media assets.

Write content optimised for SEO and targeted keywords. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice across all channels.

Experience repurposing content across channels, finding creative ways to leverage existing assets for maximum impact.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Grow Control Risks’ digital presence across social platforms; plan and schedule content, engage with audiences, and monitor analytics.

Execute SEO/SEM strategies to boost organic visibility and drive targeted traffic to the firm's website and digital properties.

Build and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., ClickDimensions); manage A/B testing, segmentation, and performance tracking.

Monitor website performance via Google Analytics, identify trends, and optimise the user experience.

Prepare monthly/quarterly performance and ROI reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Events & Client Engagement

Lead the coordination and delivery of live and virtual events including client seminars, roundtables, industry conferences, and sponsorship activations globally.

Work with our events team to manage event logistics: venue sourcing, invitations, RSVP tracking, collateral production, on-site execution, and post-event evaluation.

Work with the business to track post-event activity rigorously.

Market Intelligence & Sales Enablement

Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and client needs in target markets.

Develop and maintain sales enablement materials such as flyers, brochures, and case studies to support the business development team.

Segment CRM data for targeted campaigns and ensure data quality and compliance.
