Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking a marketing professional to lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, and events, driving sales leads and brand equity. What you will be doing:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels to drive sales leads and brand equity.
• Content Creation & Visual Design: Utilize fast design tools (e.g., Canva) and AI tools (e.g. Gemini) to produce engaging publicity materials, brochures, banners, and dynamic social content rapidly.
• Social Media & Performance Management: Manage multi-platform social media channels, overseeing performance analytics, ad campaigns, and community engagement.
• PR, Partnerships & Influencer Marketing: Identify strategic joint promotions and foster relationships with media, agencies, KOLs, and KOCs to expand reach.
• Lead Generation & Sales Support: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to build compelling promotional activities and funnel strategies that generate direct business leads.
• Market Trends & Innovation: Track industry developments and emerging marketing tech/AI tools to continuously optimize campaign ROI.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (tech, sales, designers) and external parties to coordinate marketing events, media interviews, and promotional projects.

What we are looking for:

• Experience: 3+ years of progressive marketing experience (startup experience is a plus).
• Digital Tool stack: Practical proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) and AI tools (e.g., Gemini or similar AI assistants) to streamline workflows and boost daily output.
• Copywriting: Excellent bilingual copywriting skills (English & Chinese) with strong storytelling abilities.
• Short-Form Video Production: Capable of basic mobile/desktop video shooting and editing (e.g., CapCut or Canva Video Editor) optimized for social reels.
• Mindset: Highly proactive, agile, and result-oriented with a strong "can-do" attitude—thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in China marketing (e.g., Xiaohongshu) is a distinct advantage.
• Availability: Immediate availability is preferred.
