Geniebook Pte. Ltd. is seeking a versatile Marketing Executive to bring ideas to life across content, digital campaigns and on-ground activations. This broad role spans social content, lead generation, events and cross-functional collaboration with Curriculum, Product and Sales teams.
You’ll move fast, experiment with AI tools to speed repetitive work, and translate product developments into clear marketing messages for parents and students. Creative, hands-on marketers will thrive here.
We’re looking for a hands-on and versatile Marketing Executive who enjoys bringing ideas to life across content, digital campaigns and on-ground activations.
This is a broad marketing role for someone who doesn’t want to be boxed into just one channel. You’ll work across social content, digital marketing, lead generation, campaigns and events, while collaborating with different teams across the business including Curriculum, Product, Sales and more.
We move quickly, try new things and are always looking for smarter ways to work. We value the human touch in good marketing, but we’re also big believers in using AI and new tools to make repetitive work faster, improve our output and give ourselves more time for the creative and strategic stuff.
Plan and create engaging social content, from short-form videos and campaign ideas to everyday social content
Develop copy, concepts and creative briefs for digital campaigns and social channels, working closely with our in-house creative team to bring them to life
Get hands-on with simple content creation and filming when needed
Manage day-to-day social media content and community interactions
Keep up with content trends and bring new ideas, formats and channels for the team to experiment with
Work with different teams to turn product, curriculum and business developments into marketing content that parents and students can understand and engage with
Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or Canva are good to have, but not compulsory. We have an in-house creative team to support more developed creative and production work.
Support and execute digital marketing campaigns across lead generation, email marketing, landing pages and other digital channels
Work on campaign planning, execution, tracking and optimisation
Monitor campaign and channel performance and prepare regular marketing reports
Explore new platforms, tools and approaches that could help us reach our audiences more effectively
Work closely with the wider team to understand how marketing activities contribute to leads, sales and overall business growth
Paid media experience is a bonus, not a must. If you’ve had hands‑on experience with even one platform such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads or Xiaohongshu (XHS), that would be a plus. We don’t expect you to know all of them.
Be open to using AI as part of your everyday marketing toolkit, whether it’s for research, ideation, content development, analysis or speeding up repetitive work
Experiment with new tools and workflows that help you and the team work more efficiently
We love the human touch in marketing, so it’s not about using AI for everything. It’s about knowing where AI can make the work faster and better, and where human judgement and creativity still matter
Join the team in bringing our on-ground activities to life from time to time, including roadshows, student engagement activities, open houses, workshops and other brand or marketing events
Support event preparation and execution, including marketing assets, vendors, logistics, registration and on‑ground coordination where needed
Work with internal teams and external partners to make sure activities run smoothly
Events aren’t an everyday part of the role, but we’d love someone who enjoys getting out from behind the screen occasionally and being part of the action with the rest of the team.
Work closely with teams across Curriculum, Product, Sales and other functions to support launches, campaigns and business priorities
Research new marketing opportunities, partners, suppliers and ideas
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to keep projects moving
Support new marketing initiatives as we test, learn and grow
Take ownership of projects and follow through from planning to execution
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Digital Media or a related field
A few years of hands‑on marketing experience, ideally with exposure across more than one area of marketing
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good eye for content, creative and visual presentation
Comfortable conceptualising content and working with creatives to turn an idea into an actual marketing asset
Basic filming or editing skills are a plus, not a requirement. We have an in‑house creative team, although being able to create quick social content independently is always useful
Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, lead generation, email marketing or landing pages
Paid media experience is good to have but not compulsory. Hands‑on experience with even one platform such as Meta, Google, TikTok or XHS is already a plus
Comfortable using AI tools, or curious and willing to learn how to use them effectively
Organised and comfortable managing several projects at the same time
Proactive, resourceful and comfortable figuring things out when something is new
Able to work independently while also enjoying working across different teams
Happy to get involved in occasional events and on‑ground activities
Most importantly, someone who enjoys trying things, learning quickly and getting things done
