Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of data analytics or BI experience.
• Experience in telecom, mobile, technology, or financial services is advantageous.
• Experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or advanced analytics projects is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to understand customer behavior and growth opportunities.
• Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Leverage AI and ML to develop models and automate insight generation.
• Develop and maintain management reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
• Perform P&L analysis and track business performance against KPIs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Perform UAT, data validation, and QA for data marts/analytics platforms.
• Monitor data governance and ensure data quality and compliance.
• Support strategic initiatives and ad hoc analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions.
