Job summary

HKT in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Market Analyst to deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics, market intelligence, and AI-enabled solutions. You will drive customer growth, performance, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

You will analyze large datasets, develop models, build dashboards, perform UAT, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven recommendations that enhance business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics, BI, Marketing Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience in telecommunications, mobile, technology, or financial services is advantageous.
• Experience in AI, ML, automation, or advanced analytics projects is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools such as SQL, Python, Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to understand customer behavior and growth opportunities.
• Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies based on insights.
• Leverage AI/ML to build analytical models and automate insight generation.
• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking tools.
• Conduct P&L analysis and monitor key financial KPIs.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis on trends and brand perception.
• Validate data quality and perform UAT for analytics platforms.
• Support data governance, data quality, and project execution.
• Translate business requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-driven decisions.
