Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
• 5+ years of hands-on data analysis experience (telecom/ICT preferred; could be Market Strategy Analyst).
• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with business and data sense.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI/Tableau/FineBI, and advanced Excel; translating data into insights.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly/monthly operational data analysis, including extraction, cleaning, and modeling from business systems (TRY, CRM).
• Monitor and report on core performance metrics, identifying anomalies and trends.
• Track and analyze overseas market operations, conduct integrated capability assessments, and perform regular operational performance reviews.
• Independently prepare operational analysis materials (PPT/Word).
• Evaluate, track, and forecast performance KPIs for overseas units, proposing improvement recommendations.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for key business gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Maintain database and ensure data accuracy; develop automated dashboards for real-time monitoring (Power BI/Tableau/FineBI).
• Validate data quality and consistency in market reports, aligning with group standards.
