Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is partnering with a leading pan-Asian insurance and financial services group in Hong Kong to hire a Senior Analytics professional for the Customer & Marketing division, reporting to the Head of Customer Enterprise Analytics & Innovation. You will drive data-driven growth initiatives by turning complex data into actionable insights.

The role requires strong English and Chinese communication and a track record across the full analytics lifecycle.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of hands-on data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

Leverage data and AI to drive customer acquisition, repurchase, and retention across key segments.
Partner with Marketing, CX, and Sales to improve business performance and engagement touchpoints.
Analyse digital customer journeys across websites and mobile apps to identify cross-sell, upsell, and service opportunities.
Generate analytics insights and present data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain documentation for analytical methodologies, data specifications, and project deliverables.
Utilize SQL, Databricks, and Power BI to analyze trends and construct dashboards for operational performance.
Gather and translate business requirements into technical data specifications, campaigns, and reporting models.
