Michael Page is recruiting a senior leader to drive growth of the International Express and cross-border e-commerce business in Hong Kong. You will lead commercial, operations and customer service teams to deliver objectives and exceptional service across end-to-end express logistics, including import/export and key account management.

The role requires a minimum of 8 years in relevant logistics sectors, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and a proven track record in growing complex

• Proven ability to lead sales, operations and customer service teams to meet targets.
• Strong P&L, KPI, budget and forecast discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the growth and strategic development of the International Express and cross-border e-commerce business.
• Manage commercial and operational teams to deliver objectives and service excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end express operations, including customer service, airfreight import/export, and key account management.
• Expand revenue through customer retention, new business acquisition, and market development.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and performance.
• Track financial and operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement and profitability.
• Lead business enhancement projects to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Strengthen operational standards, processes, and compliance across the business.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.

To support continued business expansion, they are seeking an experienced and commercially driven leader to oversee and accelerate the growth of their International Express business.

Job Description

• Identify and capture new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to optimize service performance and business results.
• Monitor P&L, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across processes, service quality, and operational excellence.
• Analyze market trends and customer demand to develop growth strategies and business plans.
• Prepare regular business performance reports for senior management.
