Michael Page Hong Kong is recruiting for a Head of Express - Cross-Border E-Commerce to lead the International Express division, driving growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across cross-border e-commerce and parcel logistics. • Minimum 8 years of experience within International Express, Parcel Delivery, Cross-Border E-Commerce Logistics, or related sectors.
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated drive to grow International Express and Cross-Border E-Commerce business.

Responsabilidades

• Lead growth and strategic development of the International Express and cross-border e-commerce business.
• Manage commercial and operational teams to deliver objectives and service excellence.
• Oversee end-to-end express logistics operations, including import/export and key account management.
• Expand revenue through customer retention, new business acquisition, and market development.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and operational performance.
• Track financial and operational KPIs, driving continuous improvement and profitability.
• Lead business enhancement projects to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Strengthen operational standards, processes, and compliance across the business.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.
