Develop and execute logistics strategies to support business growth and regional expansion.
Lead end-to-end logistics operations, including freight, customs clearance, warehousing, inventory management, and project site deliveries.
Manage logistics partners and negotiate commercial agreements to ensure service excellence and cost competitiveness.
Drive cost optimization, process improvement, and operational excellence across the logistics function.
Provide logistics expertise for tenders, pricing exercises, and business planning while driving cost optimization initiatives across the supply chain.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing logistics team through effective organization design, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
Drive logistics digitalization, systems enhancement, and process standardization to improve operational efficiency and support scalable growth.
Develop and implement risk mitigation and business continuity plans to ensure supply chain resilience.
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Engineering, or a related discipline.
8-12 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, international transportation, or supply chain management, including team leadership responsibility.
Proven experience in building or transforming logistics functions, in addition to managing day-to-day operations.
Experience within FF&E, OS&E, furniture, construction fit-out, hospitality projects, or similar project-based industries.
Strong knowledge of international freight, Incoterms, customs regulations, and cross-border logistics operations.
Demonstrated experience negotiating with carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
Hands-on, proactive and entrepreneurial, with the ability to take ownership and thrive in a growing, fast-moving business.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a proven ability to work across functions and manage key stakeholder relationships.
