Job summary

Times Square Limited is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Ambassador to handle enquiries from shoppers and tourists at our Kowloon Bay mall. You will offer assistance and services to shoppers in a helpful, friendly manner, using Cantonese, English and Putonghua.

Diploma students in any discipline are invited to apply; prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus. Training programs will be provided to develop customer service skills and long-term career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Diploma students in any discipline.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality or sales industry is definitely an advantage.
• Passionate in retail and hospitality work.
• Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners.
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Putonghua.

Responsibilities
