Job summary

JLL is seeking a dedicated concierge professional in Hong Kong to deliver high-standard services to tenants and visitors across a mall and office building. The role involves front desk oversight, handling inquiries, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with the Event Team and Facilities Management to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma and have at least 1 year in frontline customer service within hospitality or shopping mall settings.

Qualifications

Diploma in a relevant field or equivalently experienced in frontline customer interaction.

Responsibilities

Deliver concierge services to tenants and visitors across mall and office building.
Respond to customer enquiries, requests, complaints and feedback with timely, solution-oriented resolutions.
Support daily property management operations including coordination of marketing and promotional activities.
Monitor and assist front desk and reception operations for seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with Event Team and Facilities Management on logistics for events.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and workplace regulations.
Perform general administrative duties including tenant applications, filing, procurement and upkeep of office supplies.
Handle ad hoc duties and special projects as directed by management.
