The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of luxury retail management, a proven sales record, strong leadership and coaching abilities, excellent communication, and a client-focused mindset. Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably within luxury watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Highly organized with strong operational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Support the achievement of store sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver and lead exceptional customer service standards aligned with luxury positioning.
• Develop long-term relationships with VIP clients and drive retention initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to maximize results.
• Motivate, coach and develop boutique team; lead by example on the sales floor.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of team members.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment.
• Ensure boutique operations comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in inventory control, reporting and scheduling.
