Job summary

Lane Crawford Joyce Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst to support decision-making, campaigns and strategic projects by leveraging Customer Insights. You will analyze large data sets and translate them into actionable recommendations, closely monitoring customer trends to identify gaps and opportunities.

The role involves preparing reports, dashboards, CRM segmentation, and post-campaign analysis, collaborating with IT and data teams on data migration and personalization

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' similar experience; luxury retail a bonus.
• Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related analytical field.
• Experience with database management and reporting, and the applicable systems.
• Strong SQL, Tableau and Power BI; Python and Google Analytics an advantage.
• Technical experience with ETL processes and data extraction/transformation/loading.
• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Naturally curious with a positive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, analysis and dashboards to support decision-making for management and stakeholders.
• Handle data from various sources via ETL to provide a comprehensive overview of members.
• Analyze customer data to identify valuable customers and target segments for CRM/Marketing actions.
• Conduct pre/post campaign analysis, evaluate performance and provide improvements.
• Collaborate with internal data teams and IT for data migration and personalization initiatives.
• Generate ad hoc reports to identify potential business opportunities.
• Possess knowledge of database concepts and data manipulation techniques.
