Job summary

HKT Digital Ventures seeks a Senior Data Analyst in Hong Kong to transform group-wide goals into quantitative analytics using unified customer data across Telecom, Financial Services, and Digital Health. You will build dashboards, perform deep-dive profiling, and identify high-value cross-sell opportunities.

You will synthesize clickstream, transactional, and loyalty data to deliver 360-degree customer insights and design experiments to optimize engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in business analytics, BI development, customer/CRM analytics, or digital analytics.
• Advanced SQL and scripting in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Experience designing and building high-performance, interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Translate group-wide goals into quantitative analytical frameworks using unified customer data across multiple pillars.
• Conduct deep-dive customer profiling and multi-dimensional segmentation to map journeys and tier progression.
• Identify high-value cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across the group.
• Build and maintain executive scorecards, KPI frameworks, and BI dashboards for loyalty metrics.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness across acquisition, engagement, and retention programs; measure ROI and attribution.
• Formulate A/B and multivariate experiments to drive improvements in member engagement.
• Synthesize web/app analytics with backend loyalty data for a 360-degree customer view.
• Implement NLQ and AI-assisted reporting to enable proactive decision-making.
