Job summary

Lane Crawford is seeking a Business Analyst to drive data-informed decisions across CRM and marketing initiatives. You will build reports and dashboards, translate complex data into actionable insights, and support stakeholders with timely analyses.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in analytics, strong SQL/Tableau/Power BI skills, and a degree in a quantitative field. Experience with ETL and data integration is valued; luxury retail experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in data/analytics, preferably in luxury retail.
Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related analytical field.
Experience with database management and reporting systems.
Strong competency in SQL, Tableau and Power BI is a must; Python and Google Analytics are a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare reports, analysis, and dashboards to support decision-making for management and stakeholders.
Analyze customer data to identify valuable customers and target segments for CRM/Marketing actions.
Conduct pre/post campaign analysis, evaluate performance and propose improvements.
Collaborate with internal data teams and IT on data migration and enrichment projects.
Generate ad hoc reports to identify potential business opportunities.
