Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or property management industry.
• Active pursuit of HKIH/MCIH qualifications or equivalent.
• Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP).

Responsibilities

• Providing professional concierge and property management services.
• Liaising with relevant parties and departments.
• Maintaining excellent rapport with residents.
• Handling residents' complaints and enquiries.
• Issuing maintenance reports, drafting notices and reply letters to residents as required.
