Swire Properties Limited 太古地產有限公司 is seeking a Residential Property Officer for a mid-level luxury residence in Hong Kong. The role supports the Residential Property Manager in day-to-day estate operation, delivering professional concierge and property management services to residents.

The incumbent will liaise with multiple parties, handle inquiries and complaints, and issue maintenance reports. Strong English and Chinese (Putonghua) skills are essential, with roster-based work and a proactive

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or property management industry.
• Active pursuit of HKIH/MCIH qualifications or equivalent.
• Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP).

Residential Property Officer - Mid-levels Luxury Residential

We are now looking for a talented Residential Property Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Residential Property Manager, the incumbent will be the deputy in-charge of the overall day-to-day estate operation and management of our luxury residential property.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing professional concierge and property management services
• Liaising with relevant parties and departments
• Maintaining excellent rapport with residents
• Handling residents' complaints and enquiries
• Issuing maintenance reports, drafting notices and reply letters to residents as required

REQUIREMENTS

• HKDSE/ HKALE or above
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or property management industry (less experience will also be considered)
• MHKIH/MCIH; or actively looking to attain the qualification, e.g. student member of HKIH. Applicants with relevant experience & knowledge of DMC with good attitude will be considered.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Passionate, self-motivated, highly proactive, customer-orientated and cooperative
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Basic computer skills on MS Word and Excel
• Willing to work on roster basis
• Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
