Job summary

Savills plc is seeking a Senior Property Officer / Property Officer in Hong Kong to support the property management team with daily operations and tenant relations. The role requires handling emergencies, inquiries, and supervising outsourced contractors for property services.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and 3–4 years in property/tenancy management, with HKIH/HKIS/CIH/RPHM qualifications an advantage and an Estate Agent Licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in relevant disciplines or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• 3–4 years in property agency, tenancy management or building management preferred.
• Professional qualifications in property management (HKIH/HKIS/CIH/RPHM) an advantage.
• Estate Agent Licence holder preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication with all levels.
• PC knowledge essential.
• Immediate availability highly preferred.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Property Officer.

Responsibilities

• Assist manager in providing high quality property management services and daily operations.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with tenants.
• Handle emergency incidents, inquiries and complaints from customers.
• Monitor outsourced contractors’ service standards for properties.
• Coordinate regular meetings with owners when necessary.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
