Job summary

HR Plus is seeking a Property Officer in Hong Kong to manage daily property operations, handle tenant inquiries, and coordinate maintenance with vendors. The role requires strong communication, Cantonese/Mandarin proficiency, and 3+ years in property management.

A Diploma/Degree in Property Management or related field is preferred. The incumbent will assist with budgets and reports, perform property inspections, and help maintain high occupancy through excellent tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant property management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned properties and ensure smooth property management services.
• Handle tenants' inquiries, complaints, and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations with vendors and internal teams.
• Assist in preparing property budgets and management reports.
• Conduct regular property inspections ensuring legal and safety compliance.
• Build strong relationships with tenants and clients to maintain high occupancy.
